On the garden level: A guest apartment also with a beautiful sea view and terrace, is equipped with two bedrooms, one of which is blind, as well as two bathroom + toilet. Two possible options: 1/ rental of the villa and its apartment for up to 12 people, between €4,500 to €10,000 per week. 2/ rental of the main part only for up to 8 people, between €3,800 and €8,200 per week (the independent apartment remaining closed and not rented) Included in our rates: end-of-stay cleaning and linens as well as pool towels.
